- You can do it full time or part time. For me, it’s full time, along with being a mom of 3 and running our house!
- This is done all virtually, so you never need to physically show up anywhere.
- This is an opportunity to partner with Team Beachbody aka – the best fitness company around! If you decide to join us, you’d be signing up as a Beachbody coach w/ me…meaning I’d be your direct sponsor and business mentor!!
- Essentially you will be working out, eating healthy, loving life and sharing it with others as your ‘JOB’. It’s a pretty cool gig!
- There is never any need to carry or keep inventory.
- All income you earn is 100% commission based.

Hi! I’m Melissa!
I’m the founder of Team FitCrew and it’s my passion to mentor women in creating a new life for themselves and their family!
When I first started my business, I was a burnt out teacher, volleyball coach, and busy mom of 2 kids under 2. Frankly, I didn’t have a lot of extra time or money.
I was so tired of being so tired and I just wanted something better. Life was good and we were mostly happy – but it wasn’t what I knew we really wanted.
I remember like it was yesterday, what leaving my kiddos everyday and dropping them off at daycare felt like.
It’s been 4 years since that day.
Lots of moms can do it like rockstars
but for my sanity I needed to be home and living that #momlife first and foremost before anything else.
What I’ve learned since starting my own business is you’ll never get to where you want to go unless you take risks and get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
I have been coaching for almost 8 years! Through many different seasons of my life:
Full time Soccer Coach, New mama, part time working soccer coach, to being a full time mama; Wellness + health and being a coach has been a consistent factor in my life. It is what has held me together through some of my harder seasons. Melissa has been an extraordinary leader and mentor! And she has been such a great support in every season!
I’m grateful for this opportunity and the blessings it’s brought to my life from the community and people to the financial opportunity for my family! So grateful to be a life long coach!”
When I was introduced to starting my own business by partnering with Team Beachbody,

I Was Unhappy
I was unhappy with my job as a teacher. I would dread Sunday’s because it meant I had to go back to work on Monday. I wanted to do something I LOVED, but also be a MOM and stay home with my kiddos.
I Craved Community
I was craving a community of supportive and driven women to inspire me to take my life to the next level.
I Needed To Serve
I was feeling led to serve others and this business allowed me to do that… I could help other moms create a healthier lifestyle routine, while also focusing on my own health and wellness. #WINWIN

When I was a teacher and a new mom and working in the classroom and also in the gym coaching – I’ll be really real with you – I didn’t think I needed friendships outside of my roles as mom-teacher-coach.
Deep down, I really wanted closer friendships and to be going on girls trips!
But I felt so overwhelmed and busy that I told myself I didn’t have enough time or that I never would get that because all I ever did was work and coach and be mom.
I became a coach thinking it would help us financially and give me more time at home – but holy moly I have to tell you…. what I didn’t know is the PEOPLE it would bring into my life.
They’ve changed my life for the better and made me laugh so hard, I could cry!!!
These women have become some of my very best friends… and I’m so grateful for them – like CRAZY blessed!!
It really goes to show –
